  • Can I add maximum number of items in the cart ?

    Yes, you can do so.

  • Can I change with my existing order and if yes how ?

    Yes you can change the products within 48 hrs after placing the order. If you want to change the shipping address, measurements kind of aspects you must firstly mail to info@traditionalfashiondesigner.com. Only in case of measurements, we will not be able to change the sizes after 48 hrs of the processing status of the order.

  • Do you send some sale alerts to your customers ?

    Yes, we send sale alerts weekly to our customers.

  • How do I check the status of my order ?

    You can check the status of your order by following steps: -Log on to your account by signing in. -Click on 'my account' on top right of website header. -Click on 'view your order history' under the my order section.

  • How do I know that I have made an order on your website ?

    After placing the order you will get an order confirmation mail with an order id, this way you can trace your order on our website.

  • How do I know the current status of my order ?

    We send you recent updates of the orders as regards to their processing.

  • How will I know if order is placed successfully ?

    You will receive an email confirmation from traditionalfashiondesigner.com once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

  • If I want to change an item in the order and there is any price variation then how will you adjust the price ?

    If price is in excess than the existing amount then we will send you payment link for the same OR if price is lower than the existing amount then we will refund for the excess amount.

  • In what time I can cancel my order ?

    You can cancel your order within 48 hours, after that your order will not be cancelled.

  • What about if I have made more than one order for the same item, do you cancel the order for which I don't want to process further ?

    We will process further with that order only for which you have confirmed for payment, rest orders for which you didn't confirmed the payment will be treated as the cancelled one.

  • What is the estimated delivery time ?

    We are trying our best to ship the order on the same day. Generally it takes 10 to 15 business days to reach your destination (Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays).Due to bad weather conditions or social disturbances, delivery time by our logistics partner may vary. We will keep you informed about the same.

  • Can I ship my order to multiple addresses ?

    Yes, you can place the order at multiple addresses.

  • What about if my address belongs to some remote area ?

    In such a case standard transit time may change.

  • Can I get discount on Already Offered Items ?

    No, We will not provide you any discount on already offered items.
